When the situation is not an emergency, an optional model reads what you’ve recorded and asks the next useful question. You can turn it off.

How is Loki different from a note in my phone?
Your phone note can't flag which vaccines are due, detect drug interactions, or share a structured timeline in one tap. Loki keeps the record in a format vets can actually read.
Is my pet's data safe?
All data lives in Supabase EU (Frankfurt). Row-level security means no one — not even us — can read your pet's records without your explicit consent grant.
Can multiple people share access to the same pet?
Yes. Household sharing is included in the Pro plan. Add a partner, family member, or dog-walker with read or edit access.
How does the AI triage work?
KAI — our clinical AI — maps your symptoms against a veterinary knowledge base and returns a structured triage priority (routine / soon / urgent / emergency). It is decision support, not diagnosis.
Does my vet need to use Loki?
No. You can export a complete PDF record and hand it to any vet. Native PMS integration (Provet, VetXML) is a pilot feature for enrolled clinics.
What does 'free forever' actually mean?
One pet, full core record, no time limit. No credit card required. The Pro plan (CHF 4.90/month) unlocks unlimited pets, household sharing, and vet integration.
